AMTM - 174 CPT Maintenance Awareness 3

An introduction to basic manufacturing system elements, their maintenance and maintenance management concepts. Topics include mechanical power transmission, lubrications, pneumatics, hydraulics, basic electrical circuits and controls, PLCs, robots, welding processes and total productive maintenance. This course is designed to prepare students for the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council’s (MSSC) Maintenace Awareness Certification assessment. Successful completion of the Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Processes and Maintenance Awareness certification exams qualifies students for the Certified Production Technician industrial credential.
