AMTM - 171 CPT-Safety 3
An introduction to industrial safety. Topics include safety fundamentals, safety and environmental assessments, personal protective equipment, safety guidelines for various areas, safety drills, emergency teams, identification and correction unsafe conditions, and the development of safe workplace processes. On completion of the course, students will be prepared to take the Certified Production Technician Safety certification exam. Successful completion of the Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Pocesses, and Maintenance Awareness certification exams qualifies students for the Certified Production Technician (CPT) industrial credential.
