AMTM - 172 CPT Quality Practices and Measurement 3

An introduction to continuous improvement concepts and how they relate to a quality management system. Students will be introduced to a quality management system and its components including corrective actions, preventative actions, control of documents, control of quality records, internal auditing of processes, and control of non-conforming product. This is designed to prepare students for the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council’s (MSSC) Quality Certification assessment. Successful completion of the Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Processes and Maintenance Awareness certification exams qualifies students for the Certified Production Technician industrial credential.
