CRJU - 280 Criminal Procedure 3 This is a study of the scope, purpose and principles of criminal law, analysis of crime and offenses and the mechanics of criminal justice procedures in the US and WV, as they apply to search and seizure and investigations. Also considered is the evaluation of evidence and proof with regards to kind, degree, admissibility, competence and weight. This course emphasizes rules of evidence at the operational level of law enforcement.
