This course introduces the student to the basic concepts and fundamental theories of temporary erosion and sediment control features. Design, construction, and maintenance of the sediment control plan and NPDES permitting requirements will be included. Emphasis will be on local, state, and federal regulations for erosion and sediment control. Web-based.
