Program Description

The Chemical Operations program prepares students for entry-level employment as operators in multiple industries. The Certificate of Applied Science (CAS) program equips students with technical knowledge and practical skills to understand, monitor, operate, and troubleshoot equirement and systems found in the chemical manufacturing, refining, power generation, food processing, and other related industries. These outcomes are achieved through classroom instruction combined with in-depth, hands-on laboratory experiences.
