WV Real Estate Broker for Pre-License

Program Description:

The three courses, (1) Brokerage Operation and Management, (2) Human Resources Management & Interpersonal Skills, and (3) WV Specific Real Estate for Brokers, have been developed in accordance with the learning objectives supplied by the WV Real Estate Commission for pre-licensing of real estate brokers in WV and its design and delivery meet the aceditation standards of the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) for distance education.
