PNUR - 104 Practical Nursing Across the Lifespan 4

This course presents concepts of family-centered health care in women, children, and patients and families with mental health disorders. The course focuses on care during pregnancy and postpartum and neonates through adolescents. The course emphasizes advocacy, professional boundaries, confidentiality, safety, and patient rights. The students will explore resource management, and leadership concepts emphasizing health promotion and maintenance. The course includes community and clinical simulation lab experiences to enhance the continuum of learning.
