This course emphasizes oral and written communication in professional situations. Students will learn to communicate effectively and ethically with diverse career-related audiences in a variety of modes. Collaborative as well as individual skills will be emphasized. Social issues such as ethics, etiquette, and multicultural concerns are presented throughout the course.
