Introduces new students to the college and familiarizes them with the processes required to be a successful and productive online student in the Highway Engineering Technology degree program. Students will be oriented to the program curriculum / pattern sheet and the requirements for degree completion; learn to navigate the BVCTC webpage to find items such as financial aid, student services and IT help; access student records using the My Bridge student portal; and use the online learning management system (LMS) for course work, This course consists of a single interactive online workshop with the remainder of the course being online.
