PNUR - 103 Practical Nursing Concepts of Adult Health I 5


This course builds upon the fundamentals of practical nursing, emphasizing caring, client-centered care, teamwork, evidence-based nursing, safety, and professionalism. A strong emphasis is placed on the prevention and early detection of health problems. The course incorporates classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulated activities to facilitate concurrent learning. Clinical rotations will occur in long-term and/or non-acute care settings. 48 lecture hours/128 clinical
