HMGT - 225 Project Management for HMGT & BUSN 1
This course is an interdisciplinary course that focuses basic project management skills. The course incorporates knowledge of common practices used by an associate-level project manager. The course aligns its content with industry best practices in project management. The topics covered include: project management fundamentals and core concepts for the healthcare industry and business, predictive plan based methodologies, agile frameworks methodologies, and business analysis frameworks.
