FIRE - 201 Legal Aspects of Emergency Services 3
This course will address the federal, state, and local laws that regulate emergency services and include a review of national standards, regulations, and consensus standards. Students will be able to identify situations in their work environment-whether at incident scenes or at the station-that may require the assistance of an attorney to manage legal exposure.
