This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of commercial roofing systems including built-up roofs, modified bitumen, single-ply roofing, metal roofing, and green roofing.

Apply proper safety protocols for commercial roofing work, including identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
Interpret roofing schematics and apply proper techniques in estimating, repairing and installing commercial roofing projects.
Apply basic principles to demonstrate proficiency with roofing equipment that includes: rollers, cutters, saws, hot-air welding, hand welding, and robot welding for commercial roofing systems.
